Job summary

Educated Solutions Corp is seeking a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to bring together people, technical content, and compelling materials to pursue new work. You’ll coordinate proposals, edit content, and support interviews and events across multiple locations.

You’ll partner with technical staff to develop project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets, exhibits, and other marketing assets, while maintaining CRM data and assisting with planning and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or PR with 2+ years of experience.
• Associate degree in marketing plus 4+ years of experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development, including writing and editing proposal content.
• Review proposals and other materials for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Partner with technical staff to develop project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets, and other marketing materials.
• Create presentations, exhibits, handouts, and other interview materials.
• Research clients and support annual marketing planning.
• Help coordinate and attend trade shows and conferences.
• Update the CRM database and assist with data management and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
