Beacon Hill is seeking a hands-on Marketing Project Manager to oversee creative projects, schedules, and cross-functional coordination. You will partner with Marketing, Strategic Communications, and Creative teams to prioritize work, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.

Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Boston and 2 days remote; 12+ month contract with potential extension. Strong Asana experience a plus; focus on governance, templates, and reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience leading marketing/creative projects and coordinating across teams.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills with stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and reporting standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage marketing and creative projects from intake through deployment and completion.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day PM liaison among Marketing, Strategic Communications, and Creative teams.
• Facilitate prioritization of requests with leadership; provide visibility into workload and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, owners, and deadlines; clarify next steps.
• Monitor projects for risks, bottlenecks, and overdue deliverables; escalate as needed.
• Own Marketing's Asana system; ensure projects are entered, categorized, scheduled, and maintained.
• Develop Asana templates, workflows, dashboards, and reporting for visibility into workloads and timelines.
• Establish consistent intake, briefing, review, approval, and closeout processes.
