Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Occasional travel locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• High proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, and planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes and understands project requirements.
• Develops and maintains project plans with scope, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Communicates project status across teams and departments.
• Defines problems and suggests alternatives based on cost, time, and quality.
• Analyzes cost structures and deviations.
• Collaborates with manufacturing, sales/marketing, and purchasing teams on feasibility and approval.
• Manages day-to-day progress, risk assessment and problem resolution.
• Leads project reviews and serves as day-to-day contact for teams, clients and suppliers.
• Attends planning meetings and provides workflow/process expertise.
• Supports implementation of workflow management and reporting tools for quality and productivity.
• Participates in cross-functional process improvements.
