Lazard is seeking a Marketing intern in New York to support the Global Marketing Solutions & Operations (GMSO) team. You will help track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across creative, content, technology, and cross-functional workstreams.

You will assist with Adobe Workfront optimization, Jira/Confluence coordination, and scrum-related scheduling. The role emphasizes learning agile basics and contributing to status updates for stakeholders worldwide.

Responsabilités

• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across marketing workstreams.
• Assist with the Adobe Workfront optimization initiative, including intake processes and templates.
• Coordinate workstreams using Jira and Confluence.
• Schedule and prepare materials for scrum events and team meetings.
• Learn and apply agile basics as part of supporting GMSO's transformation.
• Support status reports for stakeholders across the global marketing organization.
• Assist with organizing reference documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with New York-based Global Marketing Services members on asset management marketing.
