AMBA is seeking a Marketing Project Intern to partner with Marketing Operations to train on the new Asana program and help streamline marketing workflows. The role includes building a marketing materials database and improving storage and labeling of assets for efficiencies.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in project management and marketing processes, supporting cross-functional teams while learning best practices for asset management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year with at least a 3.00 GPA.
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related areas of study.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Exhibits analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• These positions are required to be in-office, so candidates must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current tools and processes in place and identify ways to improve time to market and to enhance prioritization of tasks.
• Create a Marketing Materials database
• Gain real world project management experience in the workplace – understanding the marketing process on how a marketing plan goes from planning to execution.
• Navigate and utilize Asana software to reduce time to market.
• Work with the marketing team to identify current locations and storage requirements of all marketing materials.
• Develop a shared location database that will house all creatives and marketing materials.
• Create a common nomenclature structure and training to ensure materials are labeled for effective use.
• Develop training videos, manuals, fun facts, and FAQ materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
