Job summary

Greystar is offering a Marketing Operations Internship designed to build foundational skills across Property Lifecycle Management, Visual Media, Marketing Technology, and Compliance. You will support the Marketing Operations team during a 10-week program with real projects and responsibilities across tracks in Investment, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data, Leasing, Development, or Operations.

The internship includes an Executive Speaker Series, site visits, mentoring, and networking opportunities,

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2028 and May 2029.
• Preferred major: Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Quantitative background demonstrating analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to articulate complex topics.
• High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property onboarding, transitions, and marketing support activities.
• Review and maintain marketing assets (photos, videos, floor plans, logos, branding materials).
• Support marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce, through data management, reporting, and user support.
• Help ensure marketing content and processes align with Greystar brand, legal, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Provide operational and help desk support to internal teams.
• Assist with documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional projects.
