Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to support the Marketing Operations team across Property Lifecycle Management, Visual Media, Marketing Technology, and Compliance. The program offers two tracks with exposure to core property marketing functions and hands-on projects.

You will assist with onboarding, asset reviews, Salesforce data tasks, and ensure content aligns with brand and compliance standards while gaining real-world experience over 10 weeks.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2028 and May 2029.
• Preferred major: Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Quantitative background showing analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property onboarding, transitions, and marketing support activities.
• Review and maintain marketing assets (photos, videos, floor plans, logos, branding).
• Support MarTech platforms, including Salesforce, via data management and reporting.
• Help ensure marketing content complies with brand, legal, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Provide operational and help desk support to internal teams.
• Assist with documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional projects.
