Job summary

Ergotron, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Intern to support digital marketing, lead management, and data analytics. You will gain training across the marketing function, work on projects with the team, and help execute campaigns while learning asset management tools and brand standards.

The role offers exposure to SEO, email marketing, and marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in creating content, preparing reports, and supporting cross-functional campaigns in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Interest in learning marketing systems and digital asset management tools.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job as described.
• An ideal candidate would have some experience with digital marketing and analytics. Direct experience with SEO, email marketing, data analysis/compilation, and report building a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit content for internal and external audiences.
• Update and format collateral using approved brand standards.
• Document marketing processes and maintain shared team resources.
• Assist with asset organization across platforms (Seismic, Salsify, Teams).
• Provide project support for campaign launches and sales enablement initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration by gathering input and feedback on marketing materials.
• Additional duties as requested.
• Supports “Lean Business Enterprise” Initiatives for continuous improvement and waste elimination.
