Job summary

LHH is seeking a Marketing Operations and Event Management specialist in the Fort Worth area to coordinate education programs, webinars, and speaker engagements.

You will manage logistics, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder coordination, while maintaining a speaker database and ensuring compliance.

A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience are expected, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, Event Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, event management, education programs, healthcare marketing, or related areas.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute professional education programs, webinars, symposiums, dinner events, and speaker engagements.
• Manage program logistics, communications, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain and support a speaker database with accurate, compliant records.
• Serve as primary point of contact between internal teams, speakers, customers, and vendors.
• Track and coordinate presentation review and approval processes.
• Collect, organize, and report on program feedback and insights.
• Assist with conferences, trade shows, sales meetings, training events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Support event logistics, materials management, communications, and onsite execution.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time and within compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance program effectiveness.
