Job summary

Urgo Medical in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Professional Education and Marketing Operations Specialist to drive the planning and execution of 200+ speaker programs annually. You will partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, Sales Operations, and Training to ensure programs are strategic, compliant, and executed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing operations, event coordination, professional education, or healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of approximately 200+ speaker programs annually (dinners, symposiums, webinars) ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee speaker roster, connect qualified speakers to opportunities, and maintain accurate databases with documentation.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal/Compliance to ensure program approvals, materials, and compliance requirements are met.
