The Marketing Events Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of marketing events, including trade shows, corporate outings, conferences, webinars, and promotional campaigns. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, divisional leaders, and creative teams, to ensure that events and content meet organizational goals and promote brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while staying within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and corporate events.
• Research, negotiate, and manage relationships with event venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align event strategies with broader marketing and sales goals; develop event marketing plans to drive attendance, engagement, and post-event follow-up.
• Creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, company newsletters, sales propaganda, detailed project proposals for customers and more.
• Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within the marketing department.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning, including site selection, registration, travel arrangements, event setup, equipment rentals, and staffing.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to create event-related content such as promotional materials, email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, and presentations.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring events are executed within financial constraints while achieving maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Track and report event success metrics, including attendance, lead generation, and attendee feedback.
• Ensure that all events reflect the brand's image and message, maintaining consistency in branding and communication.
• Prepare event summaries, including analysis of success, ROI, lessons learned, and recommendations for future events.
• Work closely with sales, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals for each event.
