LHH is currently recruiting for a highly organized Marketing Project Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. This role will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects remain aligned with strategy, scope, budget, and deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, confident in client-facing settings, and skilled at managing multiple priorities. This is a hybrid opportunity at our client’s office in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage marketing projects from kickoff through delivery, including schedules, budgets, resources, approvals, and final handoff.
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, providing clear updates, setting expectations, and addressing questions or risks.
  • Translate client goals and briefs into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate work across creative, strategy, account, media, digital, and production teams.
  • Lead internal and client-facing status meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
  • Monitor project scope, timing, and budget; proactively identify risks and recommend solutions.
  • Manage feedback and approval cycles to keep deliverables moving efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting within agency project-management systems.
  • Support quality assurance by confirming deliverables meet client requirements and agency standards.
  • Help improve processes, workflows, and communication across accounts and project teams.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of marketing project management, account coordination, or related experience.

  • Demonstrated comfort and professionalism in client-facing conversations and presentations.

  • Experience with project-management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to project ownership.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid team environment in Dallas.
