GGP Chicago is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams with end-to-end activations and campaigns across multiple properties, helping to boost shopper awareness, engagement, mall traffic and sales.

This hourly role emphasizes organization, communication and collaboration, with responsibilities spanning social media, email communications, asset coordination, budgeting support, and cross-functional planning at our Chicago office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams with day-to-day tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, data collection, and information sharing with internal/external resources.
• Maintain social publishing queue and ensure brand and legal compliance.
• Draft and send weekly marketing emails.
• Assist with asset requests, briefs, content organization, and research.
• Organize cross-functional status meetings and compile updates.
• Publish web content and social content as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks including expenses and invoicing.
• Support budget tracking and monthly accruals.
• Perform other admin duties as needed.
