Job summary

GGP is seeking a property management intern in Chicago to assist the Oakbrook Center team in creating and elevating community activations. You will collaborate with on-site staff and corporate partners to implement events and campaigns, and you will help measure outcomes and drive engagement.

You will gain exposure to commercial real estate strategies while supporting marketing, communications, and tenant relations across multiple venues during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Enrolled in college/university; undergrad degree by Dec 2027 - May 2028 preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, executing, and elevating community connections with partnerships.
• Manage social media and website promotions to support retailers and activations.
• Coordinate events and communications with team members, vendors, and tenants.
• Follow up with participants to determine results and metrics.
• Support rents, sales and lease management activities on-site.
• Assist in store openings with on-site and corporate teams.
