Job summary

GGP is seeking a Property Management Intern to assist the Oakbrook Center team in creating and elevating community activations with retailers, vendors, and partners. You will help implement existing events, support new programs, and collaborate with corporate partners to drive engagement.

The role offers exposure to retail real estate strategies, with hands-on involvement in events, communications, and activation planning during peak summer months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently enrolled in college and expected degree by May 2028.
• Strong initiative, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, executing, and elevating community connections with partnerships.
• Support social media and website promotions to back retailers and activations.
• Coordinate events and communications with team members, vendors, and tenants.
• Assist in collecting event results, metrics, and follow-up.
• Support rent and lease activities related to on-site management and PMA role.
