GGP Chicago is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams, handling day-to-day activations, social publishing with Sprout, and weekly email communications. This hourly role collaborates across properties to drive shopper engagement and mall traffic.

Responsabilidades

• Support Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams operations with day-to-day tasks to develop and execute activations and campaigns across multiple properties.
• Coordinate meetings, collect data, and communicate pertinent information with internal and external resources.
• Manage and maintain the social publishing queue (Sprout), ensuring timely approvals and brand/legal compliance.
• Author and deploy weekly marketing communications email.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to review and route creative assets for marketing activations and media.
• Organize cross-functional status meetings and summarize updates in a single source file.
