Job summary

GGP Chicago is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams with activations and campaigns across multiple properties to boost shopper awareness and mall traffic.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires coordinating meetings, data collection, content organization, social publishing (Sprout Social), and publishing weekly email communications, while handling budgeting and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams with day-to-day tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, data collection, and information flow with internal and external resources.
• Manage social publishing queue (Sprout) and ensure brand and legal compliance.
• Draft and send weekly marketing communications emails.
• Prepare field-facing communications and trainings, including signage projects.
• Assist with activations, sweeps, social briefs, content organization, and competitive research.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to request, review and route creative assets.
• Schedule cross-functional status meetings and consolidate updates in PowerPoint.
• Publish web and social content as needed; handle admin duties and budget support.
