Job summary

GGP Services Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams in Chicago. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on executing end-to-end activations and campaigns to boost shopper engagement and mall traffic.

You will coordinate tasks across properties, manage communications, and help with budget and administrative duties while ensuring brand and legal compliance across digital and print materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, project and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams with day-to-day tasks for activations and campaigns.
• Coordinate meetings, data collection, and communications with internal and external resources.
• Manage social publishing queue (Sprout) and ensure brand and legal compliance.
• Draft and deploy weekly marketing communications emails.
• Oversee field-facing communications, trainings, and self-service resources; manage signage projects.
• Assist with marketing program tasks including sweepstakes, social briefs, and competitive research.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to review and route creative assets for activations and media.
• Organize cross-functional status meetings and compile updates in PowerPoint.
• Publish web and social content as needed; handle administrative tasks and budget accruals.
