Description

As the Program Manager of Medicare Advantage Marketing, you will provide tactical support for implementing innovative marketing strategies and plans for New Century Health Plan’s Medicare Advantage Growth Office. This position will play a key role in supporting the launch and growth of the new UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plans. You will:

  • Develop, maintain, and produce marketing assets, and coordinate targeted campaigns and communications for prospects and members.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to manage creative and media services, write and edit content, and execute website updates.
  • Ensure all marketing assets comply with CMS marketing guidelines and requirements. Route materials through Compliance, regulatory, and CMS approval processes.
  • Partner with UCLA Health Marketing & Communications Office, agencies, and vendors to create effective marketing solutions.
  • Oversee the review and approval process for all prospect, member, and provider-facing communication materials.

Salary Range: $76,200-$158,800/annually
