Job Description
As the Program Manager of Medicare Advantage Marketing, you will provide tactical support for implementing innovative marketing strategies and plans for New Century Health Plan’s Medicare Advantage Growth Office. This position plays a key role in supporting the launch and growth of the new UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and produce marketing assets, and coordinate targeted campaigns and communications for prospects and members.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to manage creative and media services, write and edit content, and execute website updates.
- Ensure all marketing assets comply with CMS marketing guidelines and requirements.
- Route materials through Compliance, regulatory, and CMS approval processes.
- Partner with UCLA Health Marketing & Communications Office, agencies, and vendors to create effective marketing solutions.
- Oversee the review and approval process for all prospect, member, and provider-facing communication materials.
Salary Range
$76,200 - $158,800 annually
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, education, and training.
- Five or more years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience; Healthcare Marketing experience is highly desired.
- Experience in Medicare Advantage marketing is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of concepts, principles, and methods of developing and executing promotional marketing strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of presentation development and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
- Ability to work confidently in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience translating business plans into strategic marketing plans.
- Ability to recognize and resolve conflicts through collaboration and communication.
- Ability to contribute to market research and audience studies.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
