Base pay range

$96.50/hr - $96.50/hr

About The Role

The Marketing Transformation program is a key enterprise priority for PayPal. This role involves managing project execution within budget, schedule, and scope, while minimizing risks and ensuring process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Creating detailed project plans and schedules
• Managing RAID logs, tracking progress, and providing status updates
• Handling escalations and resolving roadblocks
• Hosting and coordinating meetings with MarTech, Adobe, and Marketing Ops teams

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Platform preferred
• Experience working with business and technical teams
• Developing detailed project plans and timelines
• Experience with distributed teams
• Marketing Technology experience (Salesforce/Adobe) of 2+ years
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, risk, and issue management skills
• Excellent communication skills

Pay Range

The expected pay range is $72.38/hour to $96.50/hour.
