Marketing Program Manager_Chief of Staff_Social
The Sage Group’s client, an innovative tech entertainment and streaming company owned by one of the largest tech companies in the world, is seeking a multi-talented marketer to join their Strategy and Ops Team, supporting the Global Social and Influencer Team, as a right-hand to the Global Director.
Responsibilities:
- Resource Planning: Develop, test, and iterate the resource planning framework for the Social + Influencer teams.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- COE Chief of Operations: Act as a strategic advisor and operational linchpin, ensuring the executive's vision is executed effectively across the B+S organization.
- Strategic Execution: Work closely with the Director of Marketing: Global Brand, Social, and Influencer to define, communicate, and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. For example:
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment across departments.
- Optimize the Director's decision-making framework, utilizing key forums to achieve alignment across the team and with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the COE Marketing Ops Lead and central S&O team on annual and quarterly activity planning.
- Executive Support: Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board for the Director of Marketing
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments, fostering a cohesive and high-performing organizational culture. Ensure alignment and information flow between teams.
- Meeting Management: Plan, facilitate, and follow up on executive-level meetings (weekly leadership meetings, monthly all-hands, and annual offsites), ensuring clear agendas, productive discussions, and effective action item tracking. Manage the preparation and execution of recurring team meetings.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Prepare presentations, reports, and other communications on behalf of the Director of Marketing: Global Brand, Social and Influencer. For example, own and manage key internal communications channels, including the bi-weekly Team Updates status reports.
- Problem Solving and Decision Support: Identify and analyze complex organizational issues, develop potential solutions, and present recommendations to the Director of Marketing: Global Brand, Social and Influencer for decision-making.
- Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing: Global Brand, Social and Influencer, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. For example, manage quarterly and annual OKR development and reporting with team leaders and agency partners.
- Budget Management: Contribute to the development and management of resource-related budgets (i.e. T&E budget), ensuring accurate and strategic allocation of resources and maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Experience in Marketing Program Management
- 3+ Years Experience executing Influencer Marketing Campaigns
- 3+ years of experience in resource management, operations planning, program or project management, or a related role.
- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles or directly supporting executive leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels (L6+).

This is a long-term contract (through the end of 2025 and intention to extend YoY)
