The role requires minimum three years in professional marketing, a valid driver’s license, strong leadership, and travel willingness to cover Carter’s service territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a professional marketing environment or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent driving record.
• Thorough understanding of foundational marketing processes and campaign development.
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse subjects.
• Strong PC skills and ability to adapt to changing technology.
• Willingness to travel throughout Carter’s service territory, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively pitch marketing ideas to program stakeholders that are data-driven and aimed at solving their business problems.
• Serve as marketing liaison and SME for designated business leaders and Caterpillar partners to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
• Implement individual business unit marketing plans from start to finish to deliver maximum MROI.
• Own annual marketing planning process and make recommendations based on campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate new or improved tactics, promotions, and CTAs.
• Submit creative briefs to project management for efficient creation of marketing materials.
• Develop content targeted at specific segments aligned with customer journeys to maximize customer success.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure excellence in production of photography, video, and design assets.
