Job summary

Carter Machinery is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to lead and optimize marketing initiatives across multiple units. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning to maximize marketing ROI.

The successful candidate will manage the annual marketing plan, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive content and campaigns across channels to support business goals in the Richmond and Salem, VA areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in a professional marketing environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Proactively pitch marketing ideas to program stakeholders that are data-driven and aimed at solving their business problems.
• Serve as marketing liaison and SME for designated business leaders and/or Caterpillar partners to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives and goals.
• Accountable for implementation of individual business unit marketing plans from start to finish in cooperation with other Marketing team members to deliver maximum MROI.
• Own annual marketing planning process and make recommendations on strategic and tactical plans based on previous campaign and program performance.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate new or improved tactics, promotions, and CTAs.
