A+E Global Media’s Marketing division in New York is seeking a Coordinator, Marketing Production to support planning, coordination, and delivery of creative production across live action, photo, and digital content. You will manage schedules, track assets, assist with shoot logistics, and partner with production managers, editors, designers, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

A degree in Marketing/Communications/Media or related field is preferred; 1–2 years’ experience and proficiency

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of production coordination, post-production support, or marketing production operations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and details in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams across production workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day production workflows across assigned area, from intake through final delivery.
• Maintain schedules, calendars, delivery timelines, status reports, and asset lists.
• Serve as a communication link between production managers, producers, editors, designers, and vendors.
• Support execution of creative and production deliverables by coordinating project details and approvals.
• Assist with vendor coordination, shoot logistics, post-production tracking, or asset requests as needed.
• Handle administrative and financial tasks: onboarding, budget tracking, invoices, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project data and tools to improve clarity and accountability.
