Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience in production coordination, post-production support, or marketing production operations.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and clear professional communication.
• Ability to work independently on assigned workflows while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with project management/tracking systems (e.g., Airtable) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere) or Canva/Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day production workflows across assigned area, ensuring projects move efficiently from intake through planning, execution, post, asset management, and final delivery.
• Maintain project schedules/calendars, delivery timelines, status reports, asset lists, and other operational tools; identify blockers and next steps.
• Serve as a key communication link between production managers, producers, creative teams, editors, designers, post-production, and vendors.
• Support the execution of creative and production deliverables by coordinating project details and gathering assets.
