ManpowerGroup in Redwood City, CA is seeking a Marketing Performance Data Analyst to turn campaign data into clear, actionable insights. You will build dashboards and perform cross-channel analyses using HubSpot and GA4, delivering executive-ready narratives for leadership.

Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to identify trends, optimize content engagement, and drive impact on public policy initiatives.

Qualifications

Understanding of campaign lifecycles, storytelling, and content-driven engagement.
Experience with HubSpot, including custom reporting, workflows, and lead scoring.
Proficiency in GA4 to analyze user behavior, content performance, and conversion paths.
Skilled at crafting insights into persuasive, executive-ready narratives.
Experience using statistical tools to identify audience patterns and trends.

Responsibilities

Track and report on campaign performance across email, social, web, paid, and earned media.
Clean, segment, and analyze marketing data using HubSpot and GA4.
Build dashboards that blend performance metrics with narrative insights.
Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities focused on audience engagement.
Translate data into intuitive narratives for stakeholders and leadership.
