Job summary

Broughton-Partners is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to join our Marketing Intelligence team in Savannah, GA. You will own complex reporting, measurement, and diagnostic work to transform strategy into actionable intelligence for monthly CMOs and quarterly reviews.

As an individual contributor, you will build pipelines, dashboards, and predictive outputs, partnering with AdTech/MarTech, Tech, Data, and CRM to quantify attribution and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent experience in quantitative field.
• 5+ years in performance marketing analytics or similar.
• Experience with TCPA, Jornaya or consent tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and improve descriptive and diagnostic reporting.
• Own weekly reporting suite by intake source, campaign, and cohort.
• Lead deep dives translating findings to operational/budget recommendations.
• Maintain dashboards and metrics dictionary for governance.
• Partner with data/marketing teams to stitch media spend to outcomes.
• Develop nurture and lead-capture analytics and QA processes.
