Zusammenfassung

Relias is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive end-to-end marketing operations, including lead processing, scoring, routing, and lifecycle management. The role partners with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales to improve funnel efficiency, implement AI-enabled automation, and deliver data-driven insights.

You will develop dashboards, refine data governance, and ensure scalable marketing execution across campaigns.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in marketing operations, demand generation operations, revenue operations, or related function.
Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot).
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing operations and lead lifecycle stages.
Knowledge of data privacy and consent in marketing communications.

Aufgaben

Manage lead processing, scoring, routing, and lifecycle workflows to ensure data accuracy and timely sales handoff.
Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to improve funnel efficiency and conversion performance.
Diagnose and resolve lead flow and data quality issues; escalate architecture-level issues as needed.
Build and optimize marketing automation programs for demand generation and campaigns.
Apply automation patterns and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, campaign production, and QA.
