Job summary

42Crunch Ltd is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to build our digital presence and turn it into a qualified pipeline. You will report to the CEO and own day-to-day digital marketing and lead generation across the US and EMEA, with success measured on the sales pipeline you help create, not just lead volume.

This is a hands-on role working closely with sales and leadership, showing the direct impact of your work on company growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or communications or related field.
• 3+ years post-graduate experience in digital or B2B marketing.
• Strong brand-building experience.
• Excellent written English; ability to simplify technical topics.
• Hands-on with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Strong analytics; track, cut, and explain what works.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize digital presence to generate sales-ready pipeline.
• Lead generation through paid campaigns, content, and events.
• Align with sales; define target accounts and personas; manage leads in CRM.
• Monitor, report on campaign performance, and budget usage.
