Ivo in San Francisco is seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations professional to own demand generation and scale the funnel lifecycle. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing to build data-driven campaigns engaging enterprise clients and support our sales team’s efforts to grow our customer base.

This role will oversee inbound and outbound strategies, optimize spend, lead flow, and pipeline metrics, and collaborate across sales, product, and customer success to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, and/or Demand Generation.
• 5–7 years of experience with Marketing Automation, CRMs, and tracking tools (CAC, CPC/CPM, MAU etc.).
• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing team building and/or management.
• Previously/currently own multi-million dollar marketing spend budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute scaled enterprise demand generation and customer marketing campaigns to drive meaningful pipeline growth and expansion opportunities.
• Own and optimize overall Marketing spend allocation and ROI.
• Develop and optimize overall lead flow (MQL/SQL) tracking and reporting.
• Own and accountable for growth forecasting and overall pipeline metrics.
• Own, optimize, and maintain Marketing tech stack and performance.
