Job summary

Ivo Inc. is looking for a senior growth marketer to own our demand generation engine in San Francisco. You will drive paid channels, end-to-end campaigns, and the marketing-to-sales funnel with real budgets and accountability.

You will partner daily with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to continuously improve pipeline quality and conversion rates while building AI-enabled workflows for scalable performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation or performance marketing at high-growth software companies.
• Experience managing seven to eight figure annual paid budgets.
• Strong analytical skills across attribution, experimentation, lead and account quality.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels and partner with agencies.
• Design and run end-to-end integrated campaigns to drive pipeline.
• Align marketing funnel with Sales and RevOps using pipeline metrics.
• Develop segmentation and targeting for key buyer segments.
• Run rigorous experimentation and turn winners into repeatable playbooks.
• Build AI-enabled workflows for optimization and reporting.
