You will partner with sales and marketing leadership to align execution with priorities, manage product launches, targeting, and channel strategy, and mentor junior staff; travel is expected up to 20%

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required; business/marketing/finance/data analytics preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant business experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare/medical device marketing, sales, finance, or other commercial experience.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership through influencing and change management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to discern insights from large data sets.

Responsabilidades

• General Business Support: build relationships with internal partners and respond to requests from customers and sales consultants.
• Commercial Results: achieve worldwide sales, net income, gross profit, and inventory objectives; manage expenses.
• Product Launch: support worldwide launches, develop targeting and channel strategy, coordinate with regions.
• Portfolio Planning & Product Development: contribute to multigenerational plans and collaborate on new launches.
• People Management: provide direction and mentorship to junior DePuy Synthes team members.
