The role partners with cross-functional teams to provide critical financial insights, influence business decisions, and communicate results at the executive level. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of finance experience, with SAP/JDE and BI tools a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting/Finance preferred.
• CPA, MBA, CMA or related certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of finance or related leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel & presentation skills.
• Analytical, collaborative, data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently with management and external customers.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP/JDE, TM1, Alteryx, Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and expense forecasting cycles and evaluate risks and market drivers.
• Provide executive communication regarding financial results and drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (selling, demand planning, marketing, pricing) to identify risks and opportunities.
• Monthly sales reporting to senior management and Investor Relations analysis.
• Support month-end/quarter-close activities and Gross Profit analysis.
• Drive operational improvements and support high-visibility projects as needed.
• Challenge business assumptions and educate partners on financial issues.
