Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue or lifecycle operations.
• Experience supporting a multi-product B2B technology business with self‑service and sales‑assisted motions.
• Strong knowledge of lead management, scoring, routing, segmentation, nurture, and lifecycle orchestration.

• Map and optimize prospect and customer journeys across products and channels.
• Own lead-management processes including intake, enrichment, scoring, routing, and re-engagement.
• Partner with GTM teams to define audience definitions and lifecycle triggers.
• Translate strategies into audience definitions, scoring models, routing rules, and suppression policies.
• Define operational requirements for nurture, onboarding, retention, and cross-sell programs.
• Implement and monitor journeys across execution platforms with Campaign Operations.
