Job summary

Justworks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth in New York City. You will own funnel strategy and messaging across the full customer lifecycle, driving acquisition, activation, and expansion with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, and Growth Marketing.

You’ll lead data-driven experimentation, define lifecycle stages, and shape GTM initiatives to maximize funnel efficiency, ARPC, and NRR while advancing SMB buyer insights and lifecycle progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related B2B SaaS function.
• Outstanding storyteller: synthesize customer, market, and data signals into clear narratives for different audiences.
• Data-driven with customer empathy: combine intuition with rigorous analysis and regular customer interviews.
• Experience with hybrid self-serve and sales-assisted GTM motions; SMB buyer experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent in the metrics that matter: funnel conversion rates, CAC efficiency, time-to-value, NRR, ARPC.

Responsibilities

• Own funnel design and messaging across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition through expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Demand Gen, Product, and PMMs to implement the growth system.
• Define and prioritize growth hypotheses and run experiments to improve acquisition and expansion.
• Own an experimentation roadmap with prioritized tests and actionable learnings for the team.
• Track and report on key funnel metrics and business outcomes to leadership.
