Viz.ai, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize lead management, segmentation, and the marketing tech stack. You will ensure data quality, automation, and AI-enhanced processes to accelerate pipeline growth while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops.

You will drive audience insights, maintain campaign data integrity, and enable scalable marketing operations with a bias toward results and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations (B2B SaaS/healthcare tech ideal).
• Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM; Pardot/Salesforce preferred.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver with AI/automation mindset.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Strong collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own lead management: scoring, MQL lifecycle, SLAs.
• Design audience segmentation and power campaigns; refine ICP contacts.
• Maintain data integrity: attribution, lead disposition.
• Administer and optimize marketing tech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Leverage AI to streamline workflows and speed.
