Job summary

Viz.ai is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize systems, segmentation, data, and lead management. You will ensure leads and campaign responses are processed efficiently and the marketing tech stack supports pipeline growth.

You will design audience frameworks, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with RevOps. Expertise in Pardot and Salesforce is preferred, and you'll leverage AI tools to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing operations, preferably B2B SaaS or healthcare tech.
• Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM platforms; Pardot and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the lead management process including scoring, MQL lifecycle, and SLAs; partner with Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops.
• Design and maintain audience segmentation frameworks; refine audiences based on performance data.
• Maintain data integrity for campaigns and attribution; ensure clean lead disposition data.
• Administer and optimize marketing tech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, website chat, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator).
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and boost productivity in marketing operations.
