Trades Holding Company is seeking a Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager to improve lead conversion, customer retention, and operational alignment across marketing, customer care, and operations.

This role will manage CRM and lifecycle marketing programs, email and direct mail, lead-management processes, reporting, and cross-functional execution.
