Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, marketing analytics, or related roles.
• Strong experience managing budgets, reporting, and marketing performance metrics.
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations or franchise environments preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Track monthly marketing budgets by channel and reconcile variances.
• Develop recurring reports measuring channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
• Ensure marketing tracking is configured and functioning across digital, phone, and offline channels.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to maintain attribution and reporting.
• Create, maintain, and distribute quarterly marketing campaign guides for field operations.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-department communication.
• Oversee local listings across Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp and more; improve local search visibility.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding for providers and set up for new and acquired locations.
• Ensure marketing assets, directories, and tracking are configured, tested, and launch-ready.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and track milestones, budgets, and resources.
