Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-location leadership in service-based organization.
• Experience leading managers across locations and driving operational/financial results.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and performance analytics.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers across multiple practices, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational and financial performance by monitoring metrics and implementing action plans.
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports to ensure revenue and profitability targets.
• Build trust with Office Managers, providers, and support teams to align with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements across locations.
• Champion an exceptional patient experience by balancing efficiency with patient care.
• Support talent development, leadership growth, and succession planning within the market.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and market expansion.
• Conduct regular site visits to provide hands-on support.
