Asana seeks a strategic, highly analytical leader to head Marketing Operations in San Francisco, with an office-centric hybrid schedule. You will oversee growth ops, funnel ops, and martech initiatives, partnering with Marketing to drive AI adoption across our stack.

This VP-level role requires scaling global teams and guiding data-driven decisions to accelerate growth, while aligning with Sales Ops and Revenue teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leader (VP or equivalent) in a high-growth, scale-stage enterprise B2B.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience building, scaling, and managing large global teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and defend marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction, objectives, and OKRs for the global Marketing Operations team.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations organization.
• Champion data-driven insights to diagnose bottlenecks and influence executives.
• Partner with Demand Generation Systems to optimize the martech stack for velocity and quality.
• Lead AI transformation programs across marketing and sales ops.
• Optimize funnel operations to align lead routing with sales coverage and growth goals.
