You will manage martech and marketing operations, set governance rules for AI usage, and teach marketers the skills they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving no-code platform environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team center of excellence for AI agents: strategy, tools, builds and adoption.
• Build agents with business owners and do the hardest builds yourself.
• Manage the martech, marketing ops and campaign management owners.
• Set rules for AI governance and evaluation, and teach AI skills to marketers.
