Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in marketing operations or data-driven marketing roles.
• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and QA of campaigns.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, governance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Leadership & Team Development with clear goals and accountability.
• Unify marketing data across CRM, MAP, paid media, and analytics platforms.
• Own campaign tracking architecture, UTMs, and attribution setup.
• Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
• Design experiments and measure incrementality across campaigns.
• Establish data quality standards and governance for reporting accuracy.
