Appian, based in McLean, Virginia, seeks a Marketing Data Manager to own global marketing data governance, hygiene, and standards. You’ll enable precise targeting and faster pipeline velocity across regions.

Lead data quality initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce, and build executive dashboards with Tableau to monitor health and campaign performance, driving continuous improvement for the marketing data ecosystem.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in marketing operations, marketing data management, or related field.
• Experience with data governance, hygiene, and GDPR/global opt-in regulations.
• Strong ability to design and implement data quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and enforce data quality standards across the marketing database with measurable health scores.
• Hygiene programs in Marketo and Salesforce including deduplication and enrichment.
• Design lead routing, scoring models, and segmentation to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Build executive dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools for real-time visibility.
• Lead initiatives to standardize data capture, taxonomy, and field usage across systems.
• Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual effort while improving data integrity.
• -FIC Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• -Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations or data governance.
• -Marketing Automation Expertise: Marketo proficiency and CRM integration.
• -CRM Proficiency: Salesforce familiarity.
