Mission Staffing is seeking an Associate in Marketing Operations for a leading private credit manager in NYC. The role supports the Marketing COO and Head of Marketing across vendor management, process development, budget reporting, and project management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marketing operations, strong PM and analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and PowerBI, and familiarity with MS Dynamics. This position offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 with discretionary bonus.

• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with data tools like Excel and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics is a plus.
