Job summary

First American is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to support product strategy and customer retention initiatives. You will analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness using Python/SQL and BI tools to deliver actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes building dashboards and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve profitability while communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of analytics, pricing, marketing strategy, or revenue management.
• Strong Python and/or SQL skills for data analysis.
• Experience with large datasets and modeling to support decisions.
• Understanding of pricing strategy, customer analytics, and retention metrics.
• Excellent communication of insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Tableau or Power BI and data modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to support product strategy, pricing decisions, and retention initiatives.
• Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market trends for growth opportunities.
• Develop pricing analyses, segmentation models, and performance reporting to improve profitability.
• Partner with marketing, product, finance, and leadership to evaluate offers and campaigns.
• Build dashboards, reports, and models using Python, SQL, and BI tools.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on churn, LTV, conversion, and pricing elasticity.
• Design tests to assess pricing changes and retention programs.
• Synthesize data into clear business recommendations for executives.
• Support forecasting and scenario modeling across key products.
