US Tech Solutions is seeking a detailed and organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to own calendars, project timelines, and reporting across marketing teams. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, proactive issue resolution, and maintenance of planning tools to support executive priorities.

The candidate will manage Outlook planners, Smartsheet dashboards, and meetings with brand stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4-6 years’ experience in related roles.
• Previous marketing operations experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain attention to detail.
• Previous fashion retail experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own, manage and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and planning tools.
• Own daily maintenance of Outlook planners and Smartsheet reporting to align with operating model.
• Schedule Marketing & Creative teams meetings.
• Coordinate & schedule Marketing leadership and cross-functional meetings with brand stakeholders alignment.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, process gaps, timing risks, and recommend solutions.
• Manage and maintain attendee documentation and ensure planners are up to date.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and partner with cross-functional teams to drive calendar alignment on priorities and milestones.
• Uphold efficient operational workflow and support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Marketing operations and processes to support teams.
• Regular assessment of operations to identify areas of improvement & efficiencies.
• Support planning activities and process improvements to drive efficiency and visibility across the organization.
• Ad hoc process documentation & project management support.
