Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a contract basis for a remote role aligned to EST hours. The position supports national marketing demand creation programs and works with practice marketers to manage day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities include managing webinars via ON24, coordinating assets, Wrike workflow, invoicing, analytics, and campaign calendars while maintaining strong communication with internal clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or project support.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience with a project management system and CRM.
• Proficiency with Outlook and MS Office suite, including Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and high energy рівем.

Responsabilités

• Support webinar requests including day-of logistics for webcasts using ON24
• Interface with internal clients to develop and manage edits for assets
• Day-to-day project management
• Oversee project requests in Wrike
• Manage invoicing and budget tracking
• Maintain campaign calendars
• Pull analytics from different sources
• Manage project tracking spreadsheets
• Report on project status at weekly team call
• OFT development
• MPower lead management support
