Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing corporate events strategies.
• Ability to research and select events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Research and manage events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Coordinate messaging, logistics, budgets, and debriefs for events and sponsorships.
• Ensure DOT and transportation regulatory compliance when applicable.
